Our Story
What if your emergency button never left the nightstand? That question stuck with our founders, Ben and Tim. Both had watched their own grandparents own traditional home emergency systems and never use them. The devices were outdated, stigmatizing, and often ended up gathering dust in drawers or being ignored on nightstands.

Everything changed the day Ben found his grandmother on the bathroom floor - unable to call for help. That moment sparked a mission. Since then, Ben and the growing Patronus team have carried that mission forward. Today our Patronus Watch is worn by over 20,000 thousand of happy customers across Germany, offering modern, effective, and stylish protection for older generations and our family app offers peace of mind for their families.
