We believe that hiring should feel human, thoughtful, and respectful - for both sides. That’s why we keep things clear, efficient, and focused on finding the right mutual fit. Our goal is to attract and retain outstanding talent - and that starts with a great experience for every candidate. Here’s what you can expect when applying.

We know applying for a job can be stressful. That’s why we keep our hiring process transparent and human. Here’s what you can expect when you apply at Patronus.

Step 1: Application
To apply, all we need is your CV. You're welcome to include a short note on why you'd be a good fit, your salary expectations, and your current notice period.

Step 2: Screening
We take time to carefully review every application. You'll usually hear back from us within a week. If things take a little longer we will inform you accordingly.

Step 3: People Interview
If we move forward, you'll have a 30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. We'll talk about your background, motivation, and answer any questions you have about the role or Patronus.

Step 4: Hiring Manager Interview
In the next step, you'll meet your future Team Lead or Head of Department. This is where we dive deeper into the role, team setup and expectations.

Step 5: Case Study
For some roles, we'll ask you to complete a short task or case study. We'll let you know upfront if this applies and provide clear instructions and context.

Step 6: Office Visit
If everything aligns, we'll invite you to our Berlin office. You'll meet more of the team and get a sense of our working environment and culture.

Step 7: Offer
When it's a match on both sides, we move fast. You'll receive an offer shortly after the final step - and we'll be excited to welcome you to our team.

Yes. After you submit your application, you’ll receive the contact details of the Talent Acquisition Manager handling the role. You’ll also be guided through each step of the process in our system - no need to reach out by email.

No dress code here. We want to get to know the real you - so wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Your data will be stored for six months after the process is completed. You can request deletion at any time via the Teamtailor platform.
